做了两种口味，韩式辣酱拌橡子凉粉，川味橡子凉粉。

韩式辣酱拌橡子凉粉

50g橡子粉加450g水，拌匀至无粒状。
中小火加热，不停搅拌，直到温度升高，粉水变稠，颜色变深，变成非常浓稠的粉糊。
将粉糊倒进盒子中，放凉。
取一碗，加入韩国辣酱3小勺，米醋3小勺，蒜泥1小勺，熟芝麻一小勺，白糖一小勺，拌匀成调味酱，如果酱汁太浓可以再加一点点水。
橡子凉粉加香菜，黄瓜丝，胡萝卜丝，洋葱丝，沙拉叶子，和调味酱拌匀即可。

橡子粉韩国店有卖，英文是Acorn Jelly Powder。

橡子凉粉其实没什么味道，或许有那麼一点点橡子的甘味，但是基本吃不出来，我第一次做的时候跟着包装做，水的比例太少，好苦，这次跟上面的食谱，一点苦涩味也没有。

跟绿豆凉粉不一样，橡子凉粉多了口感和咬劲，未冷藏时口感绵滑有点弹，冷藏过后口感变爽滑。
